I have a Dewgong with this move as well
My tentacruel doesn't seem to do any damage with blizzard. Anyone else having this issue?
That is happening with my Tentacruel as well.
I am getting zero damage with my Tentacruel.
My Tentacruel is also having this problem... That's odd.
My lapras has blizzard but it appears to do no damage. The. Sometimes the enemy Pokemon just randomly loses 2/3rds of its health.. It's definitely broken.
Same with my seadra. No damage dealt.

Same for my Lapras. Guess this is bugged.
Same with my Lapras. Though my brother said that for him with blizzard and Lapras it works as such - blizzard seems to deal no dmg and then enemy recieves tons of dmg after a few auto-attacks. Maybe someone else could try as well and test this out? Either way. It is not working as intended.
I have the same exact thing with my Lapras, it seems like Blizzard doesn't do any damage. I don't think I've ever delat damage with Blizzard
Blizzard simply has delayed damage, but afaik, it cannot be dodged, making it an ideal move for gyms.
I have a Dewgong with this ability. The damage seems delayed. Blizzard deals no damage up front, then a massive amount after a few seconds. Still testing this...
Yep my Lapras blizzard doesn't work all the time too sometimes it will work the odd time
My Lapras does no damage with it, but sometimes it damages 3-4 moves later
how is that possible? the lapras in robinsons place (gym) san nicolas, ilocos norte Philippiines, is like a 1hit kill!!
Its lag ffs. When the lag resolves all damage is calculated in the correct order. It can cause some confusion and cause you to miss dodge windows.
