Got one with feint and foul play as moves.

I evolved 585cp Eevee and I got 1985cp Espeon, in terms of cp increase during evolution, I think it's on par with Vaporeon. Then I evolved 710cp Eevee into Umbreon, I was expecting 2000-ish cp and bam! Got 1562cp Umbreon. The cp is so low, even lower than Jolteon. I look at the HP, it's pretty high, even higher than either Jolteon or Flareon but not as high as Vaporeon. Sorely disappointed, does anyone here knows what's the good of this Umbreon
I have an Umbreon CP 1709, IVs A15 D14 S11 and move set feint attack and foul play and put him vs Alakasam CP 24xx and won, the next battle was vs Snorlax CP 25xx and also won against the two in a row... well my point is he's a die hard Pokémon as an attacker.
Umbreon's HP and defence combined makes it a fine tank. unless you're going at it with Fighting or fairy (STAB) moves, it's probably going to last for a while. However, since it's attack is pretty low, his move set has to be solid in order to out last chaallengers. Well, i never had one.. I evolved mine in an Espeon cuz it had great attack stats. But i think Umbreon is one of these underrated tanks.

Yeah Espeon has greater CP up to 3000CP but it has lower HP and easily defeated quickly. I got Umbreon and it can defeat 2 monster a row.
