It's wrong that Stone Edge (Rock) has better dps than Earthquake (ground) for Quagsire.
I'm thinking that this Pokemon could be a low level poison counter if you get ground type moves, but otherwise it seems useless in battle.
Unimpressive attack stat, OK stamina, double-weak to Grass attacks. Sludge Bomb could suprise a Grass attacker with SE charge move, otherwise useless.
With Earthquake or Stone Edge, it used to be good for prestiging against a Magcargo in the old gym system.
