My Seaking I found while walking has 468 CP, 62 HPS, and has a charge move of "Drill Run" which does 40 with 3 blue charge lines.

Can also have Icy Wind for charge move.
I don't think the Pokemon Types are reliable. I fought against a Seaking someone had at a gym with my Jolteon. The electric attack hardly did any damage.
Super effective is 1.2X vs the 2X we are used to for the game boy games.
seaking ...a water type pokemon with no water type move....maybe thats why electric type was not effective
poison jab has now 12 damage, not 15
can anyone give me a reason to keep a seaking. its move kinda useless.. i like stab move. give me extra boost battle neutral advmtage pokemon.
tbh, i like seaking as a design and pokemon.

If you have megahorn, it will do high damage to the likes of Slowbrow, Hypno and Starmie. It would also be super effective against grass types which would otherwise be harder to kill with just water moves, even if STAB.
The problem is the base attack, which is pretty poor, so ultimately not the best choice.
Still, short term could be usefull if the IVs are good, and it already has a decent CP
Seaking gets no STAB moves so poison jab and megahorn is ideal
I have a 100% IV Seaking with Poison Jab and Megahorn. Currently 1167 CP.. Might upgrade him a little some time just cos he's perfect.
seaking is a curious case...who at niantic decided that it can't have any water moves?
waterfall is a move most associate with seaking, and it's not even implemented. it could've been like a water type zen headbutt in function.
water pulse, scald, aqua tail, and hydro pump simply were forgotten about, yet goldeen can have 2 of those.
at least it's the only pkmn that has a reason to run megahorn, until heracross hits the scene anyway - nidoking and rhydon certainly have no use for megahorn over their other possible charge moves.
Seaking can be useful. My Seaking poison jab / drillrun is great for prestiging against Flareon. It's not optimal, but i caught him at 1000 cp, so who cares!
