I have one with Blizzard as the Charge Move
My Horsea has Flash Cannon
Mine has bubble as the primary attack
have blizzard as secial and it is 100. highest attack ever
I hope they make this evolve into a kingdra one day otherwise this pokemon has no purpose
This Pokemon is horrible. It made it's way into my top 6. I used it and it got killed in one hit from a Snorlax that was low CP. Disappointed
I have a Seadra with 100% IV and it has dragon breath and dragon pulse, what a bitch.
Who ever is running this website or page on seadra, please fix the error on seadras typing. Kingdra, its next stage in evolution, is #203 in the national dex being the only other water dragon next to palkia. Seadra has a pure water typing, not water dragon. Just wanted to correct that mistake, Thanks! ;)
Re: person two above me... I got one that is 96% IV and it is water gun/hydro pump... Yeah!!! Too bad its CP is only 582! Dunno if it is worth powering up!
I evolved a horsea today and got Dragon Breath/Dragon Pulse.
not the best move set available but it'll probably be decent at anti dragon
Seadra may not be the best out there but if your Seadra's moveset are Dragon Breathe/Dragon Pulse or better yet Dragon Breathe/Blizzard, then it will make a really formidable opponent to a Dragonite even at twice its CP.
Caught a 1350CP 92% Seadra with Dragon Breath/Blizzard. This thing can take down multiple 3000CP Dragonites with ease.
Legacy Seadra with Dragon Breath/Blizzard is a nice anti Dragonite, out punching it's max CP considerably. Unlike Kingdra, which as a Dragon type is vulnerable to Dragon movesets, Seadra holds up.
