Mine has psychic as a secondary move.
Mine has ice beam as its charge.
I found one at an Amusment park (Carowinds) located on the North and South Carolina's boarders
Do these include stab?
yes STAB is a 25% increased damage
I have a golduck with the ideal moveset, so why is it evaluated as not being able to make much headway in battle? :(

Golduck is completely bad just because he is meant to be water pokemon where he cant be that good that vaporeon who is easy to get. If he would be meant to be psychic he would be much better cause he could be strong like hypno and maybe even stronger.
^ What he said.... Golduck doesn't get stab on his psycic moves.... even though he is a PSYDUCK!
the CP rebalance broke the base attack stat tie between golduck and starmie. now starmie possesses the most damaging mono-water set (water gun/hydro pump) in the game.
meanwhile golduck gets a stat nerf and still can't find a niche other than being an inferior slowbro and starmie knockoff as it shares most of their viable moveset combinations. if it retained cross chop from psyduck in ice beam's place, then it might've been going places...
Surely water gun is the better quick move? With STAB it has the same DPS as confusion but it's faster so you get to do your charge move sooner..
Mine has confusion 20 and ice beam 90. He is the most amazing killer. A really underestimated Pokemon at the ranks. He kills almost everything easily
